I feel that almost all aspects of wellness are equally important. Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise, Illness and Injury Management, Stress Management, Mental Health, Social Relationships, and Safe Choices and Decision Making. For this blog post I was required to write about the one I feel is the most important but to be honest, I don't feel that there is one aspect more important than the others. You need a little of them all. For example, exercising 24/7 and never sleeping or eating could be bad for your mental health and could effect your Safe Choices and Decision making, Social Relationships, and Stress Management. According to this source, 1,053 men volunteered to provide information on their sleep habits and over 34 years, 101 men developed clinical depression and there were 13 suicides. These were the test subjects that slept less than 7 hours a night. Imagine sleeping 0 hours.
